Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made on dei-shop.fr, operated by MVTM ("DEÏ", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Our pieces are sold in limited quantities. Product images are as accurate as possible but slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen settings and the nature of certain fabrics. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed at the price displayed when the order is placed.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been validated and you have received an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Payment

Payment is made securely at the time of ordering via the methods offered at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment providers. DEÏ does not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw and return eligible items. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranties

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided under French law.

8. Liability

DEÏ cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of a product or from the temporary unavailability of the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
