Refund Policy

We want you to love your DEÏ pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, without needing to give a reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible, items must be returned:

• Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
• With all original tags attached
• In their original packaging

Items that are damaged, worn or returned without tags may be refused.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at contact@dei-shop.fr with your order number. We will send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@dei-shop.fr. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
